BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

for branch operations to include day to day operations,

The position is based in Las Vegas, NV and as well as
developing new business the candidate would promote

company. Candidates should possess at least three years
of business, management and sales experience. A background
in the contract security industry and the local marketplace
would be beneficial. Candidate must be a self starter,
the ability to work under limited supervision and possess
strong communication and organizational skills. The

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
On behalf of a regional security provider,
Security Management Recruiters, a division of Kuty &
Associates, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate who
is an experienced business to business sales professional
who is hands-on and self motivated to market the services
of the company. Security industry sales experience is
highly preferred, however, industry training will be
provided for experienced sales candidates from other
service-related industries. Duties include prospecting
& cold calling / generating leads / following-up
on marketing leads / qualifying opportunities / generating
face-to-face sales appointments & conference calls
with new prospects & current clients / delivering
sales presentations & proposals / closing business
/ meeting & exceeding quota's. A minimum of 2 years
of successful, business to business - B2B - sales experience
is desired. Security industry sales experience is highly
preferred; however, consideration will be given for
the right candidates from other service-related industries
(i.e. staffing, janitorial services, building maintenance,
consulting & outsourcing, etc.). Position offers
